COMMERCIAL FACILITY CARE
Commercial Carpet Care
When routine vacuuming is no longer enough.

Commercial carpet collects dry soil, spots and traffic-lane buildup over time. When routine maintenance no longer produces the desired result, ShineBright assesses the carpet before recommending periodic or restorative care.
Service may include
- Carpet, condition and traffic-lane assessment
- Thorough dry-soil removal first
- Appropriate spot and preconditioning response
- Method selected for carpet and site conditions
- Controlled extraction and moisture recovery
- Drying support and final inspection
We assess before we extract
Carpet type, known manufacturer guidance, wear, soil depth, access, power, water, drying requirements and reopening time all affect the appropriate method. Deeper cleaning is not simply a matter of extracting every carpet.
Method follows the carpet—not habit
Depending on the assessment, the project may use hot-water extraction, another compatible extraction process, encapsulation, low-moisture cleaning or a different manufacturer-compatible method.
Drying is part of the cleaning
When wet extraction is appropriate, the goal is soil removal, recovery of dirty solution and normal drying—not unnecessary saturation. Additional recovery passes, airflow, ventilation and controlled reopening may be part of the project.
