ShineBright grew from years of real experience in facility care.

I'm Nadder, founder of ShineBright Facility Care. Before starting ShineBright, I spent more than five years working in facility maintenance and inventory coordination.

I worked directly with facilities supervisors and handled the day-to-day work that keeps buildings clean and running. That included trash removal, glass cleaning, restrooms, office suites, floor care, carpet cleaning, and detailed cleaning for professional workspaces.

Doing the work myself showed me what clients actually need from a cleaning company.

Clear expectations. Consistent service. Someone who takes responsibility when something needs attention.

That is how I run ShineBright.

Every account starts with a walkthrough so we can see the space, understand what you need, and agree on a clear scope before service begins. I stay involved because I want clients to know what is being handled and what they can expect from us.
